Terms of use
Last updated November 2, 2026
By using Ozwald you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, so please take a minute.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 to use Ozwald. Keep your password safe, and use your real name or a name your friends know you by. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
Your content
You own what you post: photos, plans, messages and everything else. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with, only so we can run Ozwald. You can delete it at any time.
Be decent
Don't use Ozwald to harass, threaten, impersonate or spam anyone, or to post anything illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or that you don't have the right to share. Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app, or access other people's accounts or data. You can block and report people in the app. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
Meeting up
Ozwald helps you make plans, but you're responsible for your own safety and the plans you make. Use good judgment, especially with people you don't know well or plans shared publicly.
The assistant
The Ozwald assistant uses AI and can make mistakes. Check important details like times and dates. It asks before adding or changing anything in your calendar.
Paid features
Ozwald is free. If we offer paid features, prices and terms will be shown before you buy. Subscriptions are handled by Apple and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple account settings.
Changes and availability
We're always improving Ozwald, so features may change. We try to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may update these terms; if the changes are important, we'll let you know in the app.
Ending things
You can stop using Ozwald and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Legal stuff
Ozwald is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens at plans made through the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
